• Helps relieve knee pain, supports and stabilizes the kneecap.

 Directions:

1. Sit or stand keeping the leg straight and thigh muscles relaxed.
2. Place the tubular part of the strap right below the kneecap.
3. Fasten the strap behind the knee.
4. Adjust as needed for comfortable fit and compression.

 Caution: This product contains natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reactions. The product is constructed of a neoprene blend which may cause skin irritation. If rash appears or pain remains, stop using the product and consult a doctor.

 Care: Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.  Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
